Discover Victoria's natural beauty on this two day tour of the great ocean road and amazing Phillip Island. Expect to be left in awe at the Twelve Apostles and stunning coastline bordering Australia's most famous road. Make friends with penguins on the gorgeous Phillip Island, which is famous for it's Penguin parade, when the islands native Fairy penguins return to their burrows on the beach.
First stop on our journey along the Great Ocean road is Memorial Arch, where you can take some pictures at the historic site before enjoying a relaxing beach Walk. Next up, we will be passing through the popular seaside resort towns of Lorne and Anglesea, both of which boast spectacular beaches and lookouts. On our next stop you can enjoy a pleasant walk through the coastal town of Kennett River, see how many Koalas you can find! Get up close and personal with the friendly beautiful bird; Parrots, Lorikeets and look out for the famous kookaburra.
We will be stopping for a free lunch at the delightful Iluka Restaurant in Apollo Bay, where you can enjoy a range of Lunch options, such as Chicken, Fish, Salad or Vegetarian meals. After relaxing in Appollo Bay, we will be travelling onto the stunning Otway Rainforest, where we will take a guided bushwalk through this very rare, ancient, cool temperate rainforest. You'll feel dwarfed as you stroll past some of the tallest trees in the world. Next stop on the tour is the famous Twelve Apostles, where you will be left amazed at the towering limestone stacks and Loch Ard Gorge, where you can take a relaxing stroll along the beach and discover the Archway, Razorback and Dumpling Pots as well as immerse yourself in the rich history of Shipwreck coast. Our final stop on the journey will be at the London Bridge, which is the perfect place for getting some amazing pictures.
On day two of this jam packed tour, we will be heading towards the amazing Phillip island to meet some penguins and explore the quaint area. Enjoy some complimentary morning tea on the way to Phillip Island before you feed the Kangaroos, get up close to Koalas, Kangaroos, Emus, Wombats, Dingoes, Tasmanian Devils and beautiful coloured native birds... a photographer's dream! You can also visit the retail section of Phillip Islands chocolate factory, grab a tasty treat or buy some for your friends & family. Expect to be blown away by Phillip Islands beautiful beaches and explore the awesome Grand Prix circuit, where all the action happens. Feel free to wander and spy on wetland birds and wallabies from the hidden observation platforms at Swan Lake or watch the seals play from special observation cameras at Seal Rock. Finally, you will witness the magical fairy penguin parade, as they travel from the water to their burrows on the sand.
